I am a cognitive scientist who recently finished her PhD with the group for Social Psychology and Decision Sciences at the Department of Psychology of the University of Konstanz, Germany. The main focus of my work is in aesthetic judgement and its relationship to eye movements and pupillary responses. Specifically, I study the relationship between visual processing fluency and its boundary conditions. Further interests of mine include color perception and visual attention. Outside of my primary academic endeavors, I have also done work in science communication and science illustration. My upcoming project psychoSoph, a comic on psychology, cognitive science and neuroscience, will be published soon. Follow updates on the project on Twitter and Instagram.
